Why accumulators become unlikely so quickly
Every selection must win. Decimal prices are multiplied to obtain the total odds, while the corresponding probabilities are multiplied to estimate the chance of the full combination succeeding. Even individually plausible selections can therefore produce a low-probability multiple.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine selections from the same match?
You can calculate the offered odds, but you should not rely on the combined probability or expected-value output for correlated selections. Multiplication is appropriate only when outcomes are independent; same-match outcomes often affect one another.
Does a positive expected value mean the accumulator will win?
No. It describes the mathematical relationship between the probability estimates and offered price over repeated comparable decisions. One multiple can lose even when the calculation is positive.
